A LIBRARY GARDEN for EVERYONE


The Library Friends have undertaken a Capital Campaign to revamp the rear 'Children's Garden' at New Castle Public Library.

While the current garden is lovely, especially when in bloom, it is not well suited to the library's growing outdoor programs and events, nor accessible to all patrons.
