A LIBRARY GARDEN for EVERYONE

​In 2024 and 2025, the Library Friends have undertaken a Capital Campaign in order to raise funds to revamp the rear 'Children's Garden' at New Castle Public Library.

While the current garden is lovely, especially when in bloom, it is not well suited to the library's growing outdoor programs and events, nor accessible to all patrons.
