While they have gone by many names, a local newspaper has been published in New Castle since 1938.  Thanks to NCLF support every issue has been digitized.   Just go to the Digital Archives type in the name or subject of interest and press "Go".  The self-explanatory ADVANCED SEARCH link will allow for specific, refined searches as well.
